jili Terms & Conditions – Platform Rules and Player Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of the jili platform is conditional on your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and jili. Your continued use of the platform following any published updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms should be read alongside the jili Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form part of your agreement with jili.

2. Eligibility

To register and use jili, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.

3. Account Registration and Security

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Philippine mobile number. OTP verification is used to confirm your mobile number during registration.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. jili will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact jili's support team immediately.

Identity verification (KYC) is required before withdrawals can be processed. You will be asked to provide a valid Philippine government-issued ID. Failure to complete KYC may result in withdrawal requests being held until verification is complete.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on jili are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits may be made via Philippine online banking, mobile banking, bank transfers, and local e-wallets. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as gaming payment methods on jili.

Deposits are credited to your account balance once confirmed by the payment system. jili is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.

5. Gameplay Rules

All games available on jili — including live casino, slots, fish games, RNG casino games, and sports betting — are for entertainment purposes and involve financial risk. You can win, and you can lose. No outcome is guaranteed, and no game or betting market is free of financial risk.

Game outcomes in RNG-based sections (casino, slots, fish games) are determined by certified random number generator software. Each outcome is independent of previous results. In live casino games, outcomes are determined by physical equipment operated by a human dealer in a live studio environment.

In the sports betting section, bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. jili reserves the right to void bets placed in error, at incorrect odds, or on events that are subsequently cancelled or disrupted without a conclusive result.

6. Responsible Gaming

• The player has failed to complete required identity verification within the requested timeframe.

In cases of account closure due to verified breach of these terms, jili may retain balances as required by applicable policies. Where closure is initiated by the player without any breach, remaining verified balances will be processed for withdrawal to the player's verified payment account.

9. Limitation of Liability

jili provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While jili works to maintain consistent platform uptime and performance, it does not guarantee uninterrupted access or the absence of technical errors. jili will not be liable for losses arising from platform downtime, technical failures, or interruptions caused by factors beyond its reasonable control.

jili is not responsible for the outcome of individual bets or games. Gambling outcomes are inherently uncertain and financial loss is possible in every session. jili's liability to any individual player is limited to the verified balance held in that player's account at the time of any dispute.

jili is not responsible for any tax obligations arising from gaming winnings in your jurisdiction. Players are responsible for understanding and meeting their own applicable tax obligations.

10. Changes to These Terms

jili may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.
